Bookings, Changes and Cancellations
Services are booked by phone. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, call (951) 744-8208 as early as possible. Weather or safety conditions may require us to reschedule.
Guarantee
Our free re-clean guarantee is described on the guarantee page, including what it covers and how to claim within 24 hours.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reasonable access to the property and the windows to be cleaned.
- Tell us about known issues such as cracked panes, failed seals, loose frames or fragile screens.
- Secure pets and move valuables and breakables away from windows.
